“We received the name of Suttons Stairlifts by recommendations from a friend, and they were as our friend told us. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff who attended and fitted the lift. We would highly recommend them, many thanks.”

“Absolutely delighted with this company. I broke my hip and whilst I was in hospital my daughter contacted Sutton Stairlifts. They came to the property, which has a longer-than-average staircase and advised us on the type of stairlift to suit my needs. They installed a refurbished stairlift promptly and efficiently. The engineers were knowledgeable, polite and reassuring.”
Julie Morey
“A very prompt excellent service. Thank you, Max, for the speedy help in getting my elderly aunt’s stairlift working straight away. Many thanks. A1 company.”
Dom Russell
“Sutton Stairlifts were extremely helpful and I would certainly recommend you give them a call. They offered great advice, and a number of options - without any hard sell, and went the extra mile to help us. They managed to attend to the site to install it within a couple of days of my initial call. Good, old-fashioned customer service.”

Suttons delievered the stairlift on time and installed it exactly as planned and quickly. The preparatory measuremnents were very accurate, which was tricky on a narrow, bendy staircase. Excellent service and recommended

All working OK - as per specification. A slow descent but all installed very correctly by Terry - and no need to request any solutions. No problems found but "Management" would prefer it to be a little 'nippier' Thank you Do & Mike Townley
Response from the owner:Many thanks for taking the time to give your 5* review. Our customers seem to be split between those who want the stairlift to be "nippier" and those who feel it is too fast! Just to reassure you, all stairlifts typically travel at a speed of 0.15 meters per second, which is roughly equivalent to 0.34 miles per hour. This speed is consistent for both straight and curved stairlifts. This slow, controlled speed is designed to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for users.

Very pleased with Suttons Stairlifts from the initial meeting through to the installation and after sales service. Not at all pushy or rushing you into making a decision but guiding you carefully through your needs. I would strongly recommend this company.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a great review!

Everything was installed tidily and it is working well. ( It even put up with an exited grandson, who claims it doesn’t go fast enough!!!) Love it❤️
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your kind review. Apologies to your grandson but I'm afraid we don't install turbo-charged versions for grandchildren, much as they'd like them!

My mum needed a stairlift fitted so that she could come home from hospital after she had a fall and needed a hip replacement. I contacted Max at Sutton’s Stairlifts and he came and measured up the next day. He was able to recommend several solutions to keep the cost down whilst also automating as many of the functions as possible because my mum has Parkinson’s. The engineer (Dan - who was great, very thorough and helpful) came one week later to fit the new lift. This meant that mum could be discharged from hospital and could go upstairs to bed from day one. I would not hesitate to recommend Sutton’s Stairlifts. They are very responsive with excellent communication and service. We couldn’t be happier with the stairlift which has enabled my mum to stay in her own home.
Response from the owner:Thank you for such a positive review! We were glad to help.

Suttons stairlifts were excellent from the initial contact, survey and installation. They communicated well, they turned up on the day they said they would and the installer (Terry) was very accommodating and carried out his work in a tidy, friendly and timely manner. The stairlift looks well made and very good quality so all in all a well deserved 5 stars.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your wonderful review!

Suttons are a very caring, friendly company with great experience in helping you choose the right stairlift for you and your home. We had to have one made for our stairs as it has a curve at the top, yet from time of order to having it installed was only 3 weeks. The 2 young men that came and fitted it only took them 2 and a half hours to install and demonstrate the chair and no mess to clean up. I have already recommended the company to 2 people and will more . Thank you Mark and your team
Response from the owner:Thank you very much for your kind review.

Can’t thank the staff at the Shepton Mallet branch of Suttons Stairlifts enough for the way they installed a stairlift for my husband which then needed to be removed with an hour’s notice to allow ambulance personnel to have free access to use a stretcher. Everything was dealt with extremely quickly and it was made so simple - no unwanted sales jargon, everything explained properly and no added costs - would definitely recommend to anyone who wants first class service.
Response from the owner:Thank you for such a lovely review Jane. We were pleased to be able to help in such difficult circumstances.
