Taking the time to answer all your questions

I couldn’t rate this company highly enough. Mark was absolutely amazing, he got back to me immediately every time I contacted him. I had no idea where to start with getting a stair lift but he was happy to take the time to chat and answer all my questions. No Pressure

Having talked to the major stairlift providers I sought a local provider on recommendation of a friend. Mark Sutton came and gave us a friendly “no pressure” quote. I then told the other bidders “no thank you”. I was then subjected to some hard sell from them. Mark Sutton’s approach was refreshingly relaxed. No pressure. The result is a super chairlift fitted in three hours at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Refurbished Lift

My brother and I contacted Suttons on behalf of my Mum, who needed help with her mobility. We were very impressed with their service – they visited at the time promised to survey the requirement, no hard sell, and a very clear and fair quote with a number of options. Fitting was quick and efficient, on time again, and Mark was very friendly and understanding when explaining to Mum how to use the lift. We had signed up for a refurbished lift, and when there was a problem with the chair rotating a few weeks later they attended and fixed it the same day. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was in the unfortunate position of being admitted to hospital after a nasty road collision where I was knocked from my pushbike. I was given the option of staying a further month in hospital or having a stairlift fitted to my home address. I immediately looked on the internet, who would ever have known you could rent a stairlift! I was drawn towards Sutton site mainly because of the area it covered.

While still in hospital I contacted Mark, who ran through a few things with me, he happened to be in my area that afternoon so measured up and gave me a quote the same day. The stairlift was fitted within days.

Unfortunately, I was not healing as quickly as I thought and extended the rental period for a further month. Mark’s no hassle approach and comforting telephone manner makes everything ‘do-able’ and easy.

The engineers came today to remove the stairlift as I can manage on my own. They are always polite and punctual leaving the area clean and tidy. It has been hassle free and a real pleasure dealing with your very personal service. Thank you very much.

We had a stairlift fitted a year ago. Mr Sutton came around promptly after contacting him. We talked about having a stairlift fitted. There was no pushy sales talk. Just a brochure and a quote on the one we chose. And we had it fitted within a week. It’s helped me get up & down my stairs without the pain of walking for a year now. It’s just had its first annual service only two days after phoning Mr Sutton. Sutton’s stairlifts have always been polite, prompt, efficient & helpful. Excellent stair lifts for rental

The staff from Suttons were friendly, approachable and accommodated all our needs, fitting a stairlift at short notice. Mark appreciated that our mum may return earlier to her home, and offered to rearrange our booking for fitting, should we need it. He also supplied a second hand stair lift, with hinged track, at a price far cheaper than other sites highlighted on the web. I can highly recommend this business on efficiency, price, product knowledge, and service.
